Dan was name All-Conference and All-Area as a wing at Glenbard West High School. He played at North Central College. After graduation he spent eight years as an assistant coach at North Central College, Elmhurst College, and Cornell College. He now works as a Men’s Basketball Recruiting Coach at NCSA.

Trevor Huffman, Director
Basketball Career: All-time leading scorer at Kent State University.
Erica Prosser, Director
Basketball Career: Erica Prosser played Division 1 basketball at Lehigh University where she led her team to two Patriot League championships and two NCAA tournament appearances. She earned Player of the Year honors twice in four years, as well as Defensive Player of the Year as a senior, making her the first player in league history to earn both major awards in the same season. After graduation, Erica signed with KR Basketball in Reykjavik, Iceland. Since retiring, Erica has coached at the middle school, junior high, and high school levels.
Professional Career: Erica works for Grenzebach Glier & Associates as a Program Manager. She previously worked for Lions Clubs International Foundation as a Regional Development Specialist. She was responsible for managing a team of volunteer fundraisers in the US and Canada. After graduating from Lehigh, she played overseas and returned home to work in the nonprofit space, as well as coach youth basketball. She serves on the World Sport Chicago Associate Board and is co-chair of Allow Good’s Associate Board, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering the next generation of global philanthropists. Erica recently earned a Sports Philanthropy Executive Certificate from The George Washington University and received her bachelor’s degree from Lehigh in 2011.
Jonathon Dues, Founder & Trainer
Basketball Career: Jonathon is Founder and CEO of First Class Hoops and leads all business development, marketing and strategic partnership initiatives. Jonathon was a four-year starter and two-year captain on full scholarship at Hillsdale College. At Hillsdale, Jonathon helped the Chargers to their first ever Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference Championship in 2001, and the first two at-large bids to the NCAA Division II Tournament in the school’s history (2001 and 2002). During his career, he was named 1st Team All GLIAC and Academic All GLIAC and finished with 1,478 points (11th all time). He earned his B.A. in Speech Communication in 2003.
Professional Career: Jonathon is the Director of Retirement Sales at Victory Capital Management. In this role, he leads the sales and client management initiatives with many of the top retirement plan advisors, broker dealers, and consultants in the 401(k) industry. He earned his B.A. in Speech Communication at Hillsdale College in 2003. In 2012, Jonathon was honored by the Hillsdale College alumni association with the Graduate of the Last Decade award for business achievement.
Alex Klupchak, Trainer
Basketball Career: Alex Klupchak is a former point guard at Naperville Central High School. During his career, he was named All City, All Conference, and All DuPage Valley.
Professional Career: Currently, Alex works as a Pricing/Cost Analyst at Newly Weds Foods. Alex leads the day to day business operations of First Class Hoops, including client management, staffing and assists with new business development efforts.
Kristin won a State championship while at Fenwick High School and went on to be a four-year starter at Georgetown University. She was a three year captain and a four-time Big East All-Academic selection. She is top 10 all-time in 3-point percentage, 3-pointers made, and assists at Georgetown.
Meet Eric Vierneisel, former collegiate basketball player at the University of California-Berkeley and former professional basketball player in Europe. He played in the NCAA tournament in 2006 and the NIT tournament in 2008. While at Cal, Eric played with two NBA draft picks in Leon Powe and Ryan Anderson. He also played against NBA superstars Russell Westbrook (UCLA), Kevin Love (UCLA), and James Harden (ASU). He holds the Cal record for most 3 point shots in a game without a miss, 5 for 5. He was team captain as a senior and graduated with a degree in Political Science. Currently, he is a Head Recruiting Coach at NCSA Athletic Recruiting.
Meet Chuck George, former collegiate basketball player at New Mexico Highlands, Kennedy-King, and Robert Morris University. While at Kennedy King, Chuck was voted team captain, one of the top 150 Junior College players in America and First Team All Region. During the 2015-16 season, Chuck helped Robert Morris to a #12 national ranking and NAIA National Tournament appearance. He also earned the NAIA National Champion of Character Award, all conference and academic all conference.
